Getting Started
ORDER A TEST
Genetica DNA Laboratories' consultants and physicians are ready
to serve your needs 24 hours EVERY day. Simply provide us with
your information, your appointment scheduling preferences, and
a $200 deposit to initiate the testing process. The deposit
is not refundable once the process is initiated. You may pay
the balance at your convenience, however, the balance must be
paid in full before the test results are released. We offer
payment plan options, please inquire.
Your options to initiate the testing process include:

(outside of the US) 24 hours. Provide us with your information,
your appointment scheduling preferences and a $200 deposit
with a credit card. We will schedule sample collection appointments
for everyone being tested in the area near you.
Mail In Case Set-Up with a Check, Money
Order, or a Credit Card
Print the mail-in
Test Request Form and fill out the requested information.
Mail the completed form to us with a check, money order,
or credit card information. Once we receive your information,
we will inform you about the sample collection appointments
we scheduled in the area near you for everyone being tested.
